Media Strategist

Why This Role Matters

This isn’t just about decks and data — as a Media Strategist at Azira, you’ll be the go-to expert on our ad tech solutions, helping our teams and clients get the most out of our proprietary DSP and measurement tools. You’ll translate complexity into clarity, develop training and enablement resources that drive results, and bring confidence to every stage of the sales and client journey.

You’ll sit at the heart of where product, sales, and client experience meet — helping make sure everyone is informed, empowered, and positioned to win.

What You’ll Actually Do

Help Our Sales Team Win

  • Build content and tools that help our sales team tell a sharper story — technical guides, use cases, competitive battle cards, ROI templates, and more.
  • Design and deliver hands-on training that deepens understanding of our DSP, the programmatic landscape, and how we stack up.
  • Be the internal expert on DSP strategy, feasibility, and trends. When sales has questions, you’ll have answers.
  • Work with sales ops and leadership to tighten up how we sell — especially when it comes to more complex or technical deals.

Empower Our Clients to Succeed

  • Develop smart, easy-to-use resources for clients — onboarding guides, best practices, FAQs, videos, and more.
  • Co-lead training for clients alongside sales and account teams to make sure they can confidently navigate and optimize on our platform.
  • Help increase DSP adoption and client self-sufficiency through thoughtful, proactive support.
  • Join calls when deeper technical context is needed — demos, advanced Q&A, troubleshooting, and all that good stuff.

Fuel Long-Term Growth

  • Capture what you’re hearing — client feedback, product gaps, training needs — and bring those insights to product and engineering.
  • Use performance and adoption data to shape future training and content priorities.
  • Collaborate across sales, product, marketing, and ad ops to make sure messaging, tools, and workflows are aligned.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in ad tech, martech, or digital marketing — ideally in enablement, training, or client-facing strategy roles.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising (RTB, ad exchanges, targeting, attribution).
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs — Azira Advance experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable creating both internal and client-facing content — from playbooks to presentations.
  • Confident communicator who can simplify the complex and guide diverse teams and audiences.
  • Collaborative by nature — able to connect dots across departments.
  • Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), slides, spreadsheets, and training tools.
