Branded in March 2024 and helmed by a trailblazing female CEO alongside an industry-renowned executive team, Azira is seeking a seasoned digital and motion graphics designer to elevate our visual storytelling. We are marketing to marketers, and therefore, every design we produce is an “audition” to prove that we can be trustworthy with our clients’ brand and campaigns. 

This individual will report directly to Azira’s SVP of Global Marketing and lead B2B design within the marketing team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and elevating Azira’s brand identity across client-facing design assets that appear on our social media, in our newsletter, on our website and in presentations built by marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead video and graphic production for a newly rebranded company with a strong foundation—leveraging an established customer base and respected IP that has been trusted by clients for over 12 years.

A Day in the Life

  • Exceptional ability to bring narratives to life through motion graphics and digital design, aligning with a brand’s values and audience.
  • Strong design sensibilities across multiple mediums, including video, websites, social media, newsletters, white papers, and presentations.
  • Resourceful and proactive in solving creative challenges, delivering innovative and impactful visual content.
  • Pushing the boundaries of design while exploring new tools, always maintaining brand consistency at every touchpoint.
  • Leveraging insights and analytics to design content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks, iterating, and delivering high-quality creative assets within set timelines.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, taking initiative and moving projects forward with autonomy when creative direction is unclear.

What You Bring to the Role

  • 10+ years of experience in motion design, digital graphics, or creative marketing within media, advertising, or tech industries.
  • Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and others.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to produce visually compelling motion graphics and digital assets that increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and how visual content contributes to performance metrics.
  • Experience creating content for a global audience, ensuring consistency across international markets (US, France, Australia).
  • Lead and collaborate with a creative team, potentially growing a small team of full-time or freelance professionals.
  • Design and produce motion graphics for content marketing, demand generation, and field marketing campaigns, aligning with a high-impact content calendar.
  • Drive engagement and increase Azira’s social engagement and brand recognition by producing visually compelling content.
  • Develop high-impact motion graphics, animations, and digital designs to enhance Azira’s brand awareness across sectors like Travel & Tourism, QSR, Retail, and Auto, including mocks and Google Slides materials.
  • Ensure consistency in visual storytelling while developing creative assets for Azira’s global digital presence across markets in the US, France, and Australia.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, confident in presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders.
  • Passion for media trends, advertising innovation, and evolving consumer behavior.
