You will be joining Azira, a global Consumer Insights platform, helping marketing and operational leaders improve their effectiveness with actionable intelligence to drive business results. We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with extensive experience in platform design, expertise in Figma, and a strong background in building and maintaining front-end component libraries. This role is based in the United States and involves collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to design scalable, user-centric platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and cultural sensitivity to deliver exceptional user experiences for a diverse, international audience.
A Day in the Life
- User-Centered Design: Lead UX/UI design, aligning solutions with user needs and business goals through research, personas, and journey mapping.
- Platform and Component Design: Create scalable, modular systems and maintain front-end component libraries for consistency and efficiency.
- Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems in Figma, ensuring adherence to design standards.
- Global Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly designs tailored to diverse markets.
- Testing and Optimization: Conduct usability testing and leverage data insights to refine and enhance user experiences.
What you bring to the role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- UX/UI Design: 5+ years of experience designing platform-based products, with strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Component Libraries: Proven ability to build and manage front-end component libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- User Experience & Interaction Design: Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and design thinking.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid grasp of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience working closely with developers to bridge design and code.
- Agile & Collaboration: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Global Experience: Experience working with international teams and designing for diverse markets, with an understanding of localization and internationalization best practices. Prior experience in saas and Ad tech experience is an advantage.
- Accessibility & Responsive Design: Knowledge of WCAG standards and best practices for designing inclusive, accessible experiences.
- Communication & Influence: Strong ability to articulate design decisions, present ideas effectively, and collaborate with stakeholders.
