Azira is seeking a BI Developer to lead BI projects, turning data into actionable insights by designing, developing, and securing scalable dashboards. You’ll plan new projects, enhance existing ones, and work independently to tackle challenges. A Day in the Life

• Design and develop BI systems/dashboards using in-house data for business and operations tracking as well as client related projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly dashboards.
• Design and develop visually engaging dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight, or Looker, with flexibility to adapt to new tools.
• Work with the internal teams to build and optimize ETL pipelines, ensuring a smooth flow of high-quality data to dashboards.
• Manage large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring dashboards are up-to-date and accurate.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining dashboard integrity.
• Create and deliver presentations to managers or clients, effectively communicating insights in a clear and compelling manner.

What You Bring to the Role

• 2-4  years of experience in BI development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with at least one dashboarding tool such as Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight, or Looker.
• Strong ability to understand complex business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions, leveraging expertise in data visualization and dashboard design principles.
• Basic knowledge of Python and SQL for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks.
• A strong focus on ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across dashboards and reports.
• Skilled in presenting findings clearly, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new, evolving tools and technologies.
• Capability to work with various BI tools and adjust to changing business requirements.
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Athena, Redshift, S3) for data storage and processing.
