The Cove, a luxury hotel property in Eleuthera, Bahamas, partnered with Azira and GCommerce to increase awareness for their property and attract high-value travelers. Because the property closes during off-season, maintaining visibility during closure was important to ensure the hotel remained competitive as travelers evaluated luxury accommodations for upcoming travel periods throughout the year.

With the property temporarily closed, The Cove needed to generate future booking demand during a period when immediate bookings were not the primary performance indicator.   • FBO targeting expansion: The campaign extended reach to private aviation audiences through Fixed Base Operator (FBO) location targeting, capturing affluent travelers with strong travel intent.
  • Creative optimization: Multiple ad sets featuring different promotional offers were deployed to maintain engagement and reduce creative fatigue.
  • Sequential retargeting: Devices exposed to initial ads were retargeted with a promotional offer featuring a complimentary fifth night when booking four nights.

  • An estimated $3.7M in online revenue (57% increase) and $2.3M digital ad revenue (73% increase) delivered from the campaign. 
  • The property saw a 12:1 ROAS, well above industry averages, with over 474K total website users driven from the campaign.
  • The campaign drove 300+ unique guests to the property, reflecting measurable impact among a luxury audience where each incremental guest represents a significant revenue opportunity.
