Technical Partner Success Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Partner Success Manager to join Azira’s customer-facing team. The Technical Partner Success Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our strategic partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of big data technologies, hands-on analytical skills in dealing with large amounts of data, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing successful partnerships.

A Day in the Life

The Technical Partner Success Manager’s day-to-day job will involve working on the following:

Strategic Partner Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic partners, understanding their business objectives and aligning with Azira’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify joint business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize mutual success.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Azira’s products and services, staying updated on new features and industry trends.
  • Conduct training sessions for partners to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and can effectively communicate their value to clients.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of partner engagements.
  • Regularly monitor partner performance and provide reports to internal stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Issue Resolution and Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and technical experts, to resolve partner issues and ensure a positive experience.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and campaigns with partners.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies to drive awareness and adoption of our big data solutions through our partner network.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in partner management or a related role in the technology industry, with a focus on big data solutions.
  • Strong understanding of big data technologies, analytics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner engagements.
